Design Space completed this building just a couple of years ago. Some features included a below grade set, drywall with smooth paint finish, drywall ceiling, skylights, 8’ doors, and 9’ ceilings. A concrete floor was installed on site along with a variety of casework. The exterior porch and decorative landscaping was also completed on site. Together it turned a standard T-111 sided building in a quite attractive sales center. It is nice to see what can be done with a competent modular building contractor.

A community center was included in the master plan for the community park, but was not built with the original park. After obtaining funding, the City then needed to build a building within budget and quickly. Those two requirements drove the design team to utilize modular construction. Design Space Modular Buildings was awarded the project and brought the community leader’s Vision to Reality, On-time and On-Budget. Now the community of Eastvale has their first Community Center to be used for meetings, youth programs, crafts, and other community events.
