Opportunity:
We have an immediate opening for a Sales Representative based out of Williston, ND. The territory to be covered is the State of North Dakota and Eastern Montana. Given the relatively new and grow markets in ND, prospecting market penetration is the priority.
Responsibilities:
Basic job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: prospecting, lead management, construction estimating, proposal generation, negotiating and closing skills, and customer retention activities including administrative and various customer service duties.
Requirements:
Prospective candidates should have 5 years of sales experience. Specific sales and project management experience in the modular building or construction industry is preferred. Working knowledge of technical skills in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing would be helpful. College degree preferred. Qualified candidates must have a strong work ethic, be a team player, show good citizenship, have a professional demeanor, and ability to work independently. MS Office competence is required.
